A great alternative for the beach when there is a lot of wind is Aqualand. This swimming paradise has a lot of slides and multiple swimming pools that are great for families with children. It is never very crowded so do not except long queues for the slides. Unfortunately you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Nevertheless, a great park to visit.
PS: There is a possibility to swim with sea lions in Aquapark.
